The platform has no self-service password reset. Your IT Administrator can set a one-time password change or reset your authenticator after identifying you.

Forgotten password. IT marks your account for a password change; you set a new one the next time you sign in.Lost or replaced phone. IT resets your authenticator; you enrol the new phone at your next sign-in. A saved backup code also works once.Locked out. Five wrong passwords lock the account for fifteen minutes. It unlocks by itself, or IT can unlock it.
